Our Frequently Asked Questions section aims to provide clarity regarding our services, what you can anticipate, and the factors that set us apart from other cleaning service providers. If you have any further inquiries, please feel free to reach out to us!

What is your cancellation policy?

We realize that life gets busy and sometimes things happen requiring you to move things around. For this reason, we respectfully request that cancellation or any other arrange be made at least 48hrs in advance, if you need alternative day and time, give us a call or message so we can change our team member’s schedules for your cleaning. We created this policy to better meet the demands of all our customers, when cancellations are made close to the cleaning time, other customers miss the opportunity to clean their home. 

For this reason, if we do not receive a call or text message upon time, there will be a $50 charge on your next scheduled cleaning. Thank you in advance for understanding.

What does spring cleaning covers?

Our spring cleaning package includes a thorough and meticulous cleansing of each area within your residence:

 

Bathrooms: At Vieira’s Cleaning, our all-inclusive bathroom cleaning service covers the diligent elimination of mildew and scrubbing of toilets, showers, and tubs. We also handle the organization and cleaning of medicine cabinets and linen closets, wipe down baseboards and window ledges, wash trash cans and line them with paper towels, eradicate any blemishes or marks from walls and doors, and conclude with a thorough vacuuming and mopping of the floor.

 

Kitchen: Our kitchen cleaning services includes  a comprehensive treatment for sinks, countertops, and cabinets (both inside and outside). Additionally, we undertake the task of organizing dishware and silverware, clean the stovetop, oven, and microwave, attetion to floors and baseboards, removing any spots or stains from walls and doors, eliminating dust and cobwebs from lights, and meticulously cleaning and dusting blinds.

 

Bedrooms & Living Areas: Within bedrooms and living areas, our cleaning services include organizing and cleaning closets and dressers. We meticulously tend to baseboards, window sills, blinds, carpets, floors, walls, doors, mirrors, and areas beneath cushions. We are also pleased to refresh bed linens; however, kindly inform us if you would like us to remove soiled linens.
 

Dining Room: Our dining room cleaning service includes a detailed cleaning and polishing of furniture, thorough dusting and cleaning of blinds, comprehensive attention to baseboards and window sills, and lastly we of course vacuuming and mopping of floors, culminating in the cleaning of mirrors.

 

Laundry Area: Our laundry area cleaning service comprises the thorough cleaning of the washer, dryer, cabinets, and baseboards. Lastly we of course,  diligently undertake vacuuming or mopping of the floors.

Can I book just once?

Yes, we offer one time deep cleanings.

Does Vieira’s Cleaning provide their own cleaning products?

Our cleaning technicians use the highest quality of products and equipments needed thoroughly clean your home. We are not able to use any of your cleaning products unless discussed in advance.

Can I provide instructions for the cleaning team?

It is understood that Vieira’s Cleaning Service personnel shall comply with any rules that our customers may put into effect discussed in the first visit. To ensure seamless communication and accuracy, we kindly request that you directly convey any instructions to our office via email or phone. By doing so, we can promptly update your records, and your notes will be readily accessible to the cleaning team assigned to your home. Your cooperation in this matter is highly appreciated.

What if the cleaning team missed an area?

If after we clean, you notice a mistake, or simply anything you believe does not meet the standards for exceptional quality we promise, just let us know within 24hrs and if we determine your complaint is a valid mistake, we will come out and re- clean it for free.

Our #1 goal is to provide all of our clients with quality services which will provide them with healthier and more peaceful environments to live and work in.

How do I pay Vieira’s Cleaning for cleaning services?

To perform the first cleaning, we may require the payment in advance, in case of cancellation by the customer, the amount will be refunded with a 10% reduction cancellation fee.

For recurring services, payment is due on your regularly scheduled cleaning day. We offer 2 options for payment: card payment via invoice or bank transfer. All payments are due within 24 hours

Will it be the same cleaners that will be cleaning my house each time?

We make every effort to maintain consistency by assigning the same cleaners for each cleaning session. However, there may be instances where a new cleaner, who brings valuable experience from another team, is accompanied by a familiar cleaner who is well-versed in your home and accustomed to your cleaning routine.

Is your team insured?

Certainly, our cleaning professionals possess comprehensive insurance coverage.

What if something is broken or damaged during a cleaning?

We exercise utmost caution when handling your valuable possessions. Nonetheless, unforeseen accidents can occur. In the event of any damage or breakage during our cleaning process, we will promptly notify you. We will exert every effort to repair or replace the affected item, as deemed necessary. Whenever applicable, we will initiate the necessary procedures for insurance claims.
